That’s the Question

I go to bed with a movie every night. Movies are my friends. I put one on when it’s time to go to bed & watch it until I fall asleep. Then I wake up when it’s ends & start over. In fact, I start the same movie over 3 or 4 times every night. I have most of the beginnings memorized. Then I watch the middle & the end the next day.

I have a couple dozen friends like that.

On Amazon, my friends have names like The Godfather, No Way Out, Atlantic City, Witness, Blow, Blow Out, Silence of the Lambs, & The Caine Mutiny.

On Netflix, some of my friends are Fracture, Pulp Fiction, Rocky & Rocky II, Jackie Brown, Rain Man, The In-Laws & Primal Fear.

But I got a kick in the nuts this morning. Good thing I watched Fracture & The In-Laws yesterday, & Rocky and Rocky II two days ago – because Netflix sent many of my friends packing.

I knew Frasier & Friends were getting yanked, but had no idea about the movies. Now I hafta pay for some movies – which will make friends now seem like prostitutes.
