Blow

Blow takes you into the 1970’s drug scene – starring Johnny Depp, Penelope Cruz, and Paul Reubens.

Blow

IMDB describes Blow like so:

The story of how George Jung, along with the Medellín Cartel headed by Pablo Escobar, established the American cocaine market in the 1970s in the United States.

Since one of my current projects is called “Cocaine” – watched it for research purposes – damn – if this didn’t come out 20 years ago – I’d think they ripped me off.

The opening sequence is similar – tracing the steps of cocaine production from the jungles of Colombia – through the processing steps

But I take it all the way to uploading the coke onto a container ship on the high seas.

My story’s based on the true story of the 30,000 tons of cocaine seized at the Port of Philadelphia in June 2019.

It starts in El Naya – the most lucrative drug-trafficking route in the world – and focuses on an “Invisible” from Cali, Colombia, who calls himself Juan Valdez.

Three stars in Blow – Johnny Depp – Penelope Cruz – Paul Reubens.

When I think of Paul Reubens – two images immediately pop up – Pee-wee Herman and getting caught whacking off in a sex shop – but sure didn’t hurt his career – 120 acting credits.

He plays a fag hairdresser and drug czar – and he’s real good.

Penelope Cruz – never liked her look – even before the silicone alarm started going off – she plays Depp’s love interest.

On my personal sex-o-meter – she scores 2 out of 5.

As a celebrity – I’d nail her & she’d be allowed to be seen in public with me – but as a nobody – still nail her – but only on two conditions – she couldn’t tell anybody & we’d never be seen in public together.

Johnny Depp – magnificent actor – one of the best I ever saw – but a real shit in real life – love his movies.

Undercard features Ray Liotta and Rachel Griffiths – they play Depp’s parents.

He’s a hard-working guy who just can’t win – saw him in a lotta movies – like him.

She’s a ruthless back-stabber who turns her son into the cops – never saw her in anything else.

Ethan Supplee is Johnny Depp’s obese sidekick – loved him as Earl’s brother Randy in My Name Is Earl – but sure looks like he’s wearing a fat-suit in this one – hafta look into that.

Good movie – based on a true story.

I’m America’s Best Crime Writer

and I approve this message.

Warner Books published Born to Be Wild in 1992 & it still sells every day at Amazon & Kindle. True story about certain members of the Warlocks motorcycle gang.

The story takes 21 years to play out – with many twists & turns – an amalgam of Sons of Anarchy & Breaking Bad – but these outlaw bikers make the Sons look like Cub Scouts.
