Out of Sight is about a romance between a bank robber and a U.S. marshal.
Out of Sight is a 1998 movie based on a novel by my favorite crime writer Elmore Leonard.
I liked the movie, but liked the book better – too many dream sequences and distorted chronology.
The movie stars George Clooney and Jennifer Lopez. Can’t stand Clooney in real life – but one good-looking dude – and a good actor. Lopez not my cup of tea as a sex symbol – but pretty sexy in this movie – and a good actress.
Fine supporting cast – Ving Rhames – Dennis Farina – Steve Zahn – a bald Albert Brooks – Don Cheadle – Luis Guzman – Nancy Allen – and a sexy Catherine Keener.
Uncredited appearances by Michael Keaton and Sam Jackson.
IMDB calls it like this: “A career bank robber breaks out of jail and shares a moment of mutual attraction with a U.S. marshal he kidnapped.”
Clooney is the bank robber and Lopez is the marshal.

Warner Books published Born to Be Wild in 1993 & it still sells every day at Amazon, Kindle, and other booksellers. It’s a True story about certain members of the Warlocks motorcycle gang.
The story takes 21 years to play out – with many twists & turns – an amalgam of Sons of Anarchy & Breaking Bad – but these outlaw bikers make the Sons look like Cub Scouts.
