A Mouth Is a Mouth

If any of your little friends wants to give you a blow job – that’s fine – a mouth is a mouth.

A Mouth Is a Mouth

Parents – If you have a young son – keep them away from this one – Ray Donovan – Season 1, Episode 2 – The title says it all.

This is how IMDB describes the episode – “Ray activates a plan to send Mickey back to prison. Meanwhile, Abby defies Ray and spends the day with Mickey and the kids. Ray handles two crises involving movie star clients: A-list actor Sean Walker (Johnathon Schaech) receives a threatening message at home and action hero Tommy Wheeler (Austin Nichols) is blackmailed with a sex video.”

A few minutes in, Mickey takes Ray’s teenage son Conor to a sneakers shop. The kid’s trying on a pair of red ones when Mickey gives the kid sage advice.

Conor … you a fag?

I don’t think so.”

I met some stand-up fags in prison … good guys … tough guys … If any of your little friends wants to give you a blow job – that’s fine – a mouth is a mouth – but don’t let anyone fuck you in the ass – that’s how you get sick.

Thanks, Grandpa.”

But it doesn’t stop there.

Later, we get to meet two of the biggest Hollywood stars in captivity – but between you and me – don’t see how either one of these slugs could be stars.

Austin Nichols plays Tommy Wheeler, who jeopardizes his new release when he gets caught sucking cock – then rationalizes it by saying it’s okay because the guy’s a tranny – he’s supposed to be a big action star – but most of his action in this episode finds him on his knees.

The second one, Jonathan Schaech – supposedly an A-list star – plays Sean Walker – but reminds me of nasty Billy Zane in The Titanic – but A-list star – no way – unless maybe Frankenstein movies.

Philly note – Daryl Hall wrote the soundtrak.

There is an interesting guest star, of sorts, in this one – Brooke Smith – more about her another next time.

Warner Books published Born to Be Wild in 1992 & it still sells every day at Amazon & Kindle. True story about certain members of the Warlocks motorcycle gang.

The story takes 21 years to play out – with many twists & turns – an amalgam of Sons of Anarchy & Breaking Bad – but these outlaw bikers make the Sons look like Cub Scouts.
