Sexually Frustrated
Dressed to Kill is a 1980 mystery thriller starring Michael Caine, Angle Dickinson, and Nancy Allen. In it, a sexually frustrated wife has an adulterous episode with a stranger in the back of a cab in New York City.
Later in the movie a mysterious blonde kills the sexually frustrated woman, then must go after a high-class hooker who witnessed the murder.
Foreshadowing

Angie Dickinson was a sex-symbol for at least two decades.
She starred as Sergeant “Pepper” Anderson, an LAPD undercover cop, in all 90 episodes of the hit TV series Police Woman. The series ran from 1974-1978.
Getting back to Dressed to Kill – I watched it more than a dozen times. It can be quit chilling.
